The artist has the right to refuse the order for personal reasons or if the artist think that it’s beyond her expertise.
The artist owns the rights to the artworks and can use the arts freely for portfolio/ advertising the service (credit for the client will be given properly).
The client has to provide a character sheet/ art when ordering an original character.
The client will receive WIP screenshot and 3 revision slots (major revision applicable during sketching stage only).
The client will receive high resolution art in PNG/ JPEG and merge layer PSD via E-mail or Gdrive.
The client can repost the artworks on his/ her social media with proper credit (mention the artist’s account). Do not claim the art as yours!
The client can use the artwork for banner or profile picture for his/ her personal social media (credit is mandatory).
The client can use the artwork as a wallpaper or print them for personal use ( NOT SELLING THEM AS MERCHANDISE ).
After the artist agrees to accept the order, the artist will send an invoice to the client's paypal. The client should pay full upfront payment to start the order / for the artist to start the order.
No cancelation. No refund. (even if the client decides to cancel the commission, no refund will be given)
The turnaround time may varies depending on the artist workloads and how many people in queue. The clients will always be informed when delay occurs.
The client has an option to be prioritized by paying 2x of the original price as a rush fee.
Commercial commission also available with different terms and prices (DM for more info).
